To all the nurses at our Transitional Care Management communities,

Thank you for all you do every day:

For being the family to the residents with no one to be their family.

For helping someone through their worst time….and still respecting them.

For being the one they turn to when they have lost all hope.

For providing laughter and joy when they feel there is none left.

For being a safe place for our residents to be themselves.

For holding their hands and comforting them at the end of their journey.

All this and more are what each of you do every day.

It is noticed, respected, and appreciated, and I want you to know that even though we do not say it often enough, thank you for what you do.
